Study #1
We are seeking individuals with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, diagnosed 1-3 years ago, between the ages of 18 and 40 years, to participate in a research study.
You will be paid for your participation.

Study #2
- Have you been diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes for at least 1 year?
- Are you on insulin and are taking injections at least twice a day?
- Are you between the age of 18-70?
- If you answered Yes to all of these questions, you may be eligible for participation in a clinical research study. A study is being conducted to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of an investigational medication on Type 1 Diabetes.
Qualified participants will receive the following study related items at no cost for 6 months.
- Diabetes medical care
- Study medication and a long-acting insulin
- Blood glucose meter, test strips and all necessary ancillary supplies
- Laboratory tests, physical exam and ECG
- Nutritional counseling
- Compensation for time and travel will be provided
- Additionally you may qualify for participation in a 1 year extension study
