Get InvolvedTying Hope to the Cure

Couture fashion designer Pamela Dennis, known for her classic, glamorous style and use of luxurious fabrics, has created a bejeweled T-shirt especially for the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation.

The fitted, white, 100 per cent cotton, short-sleeved, ladies shirt is adorned with gold crystals that encircle the right sleeve and the chest and spell out the goal of this heartfelt campaign, “Tying Hope to the Cure.”

Another celebrity tied to the campaign is Lia Edwards, founder of the Jets Women’s Organization and wife of former New York Jets Coach Herm Edwards.  She and other members of the organization, a philanthropic group of the wives and significant others of the New York Jets players, actively participate in the campaign by appearing in public service announcements.  Edwards also served as Honorary Chairwoman at the “Fall Into Fashion” event last November.

Wearing this couture tee shirt ties you to the DRI Foundation and the legion of individuals who are serious, passionate, and committed to finding a cure for this disease.
