Eugene Milgram is a South Florida businessman and investor.
He has been a member of the DRIF’s board of directors for several years, and he and his wife, Charlotte, are Distinguished Humanitarians of the organization.
In the past, they were actively involved with the Love and Hope committee and continue to be involved with the Committee of 500 and On Target, the fundraising group that their daughter, Michelle Robinson, co-founded.
