Holiday cheer was in abundance last night at the Muttontown Country Club for the DRIF's 2007 Holiday Party. Guests mingled and noshed on delectable cuisine including peking duck, lobster ravioli and shrimp spring rolls. Allan L. Pashcow, Chairman of DRIF's Long Island Board of Directors, took a moment to make a toast and reflect on the success and progress made by both the DRI and DRIF over the past year. Allan also gave a special thank you the evening's gracious hosts, Roberta and Bruce Waller.
