IMPACT'S ENDLESS SUMMER
September 6, 2007
Young, hip, savvy and chic, more than 150 professionals from the NY Metro area gathered at the trendy SPACE Gallery in Manhattan to extend the summer fun and support the Diabetes Research Institute at the “Endless Summer” cocktail and lite-bites party. Held on Thursday, September 6, the evening was organized by the DRI Foundation's young professionals group, IMPACT (Immediate Priority: A Cure Today).
Amidst a fabulous selection of modern art, attendees enjoyed a sampling of wines from sponsor Ferrari-Carano Vineyards and Winery and noshed on appetizers and finger foods from Mamouns Falafel, Bistango, Lamazou and Downtown Kitchen. Guests entered to win exciting prizes and heard from speaker Amy E. D’Agostino about her breakthrough treatment and hope for a cure.
