You can support the DRI Foundation through workplace
giving campaigns. They allow employees in government agencies and private industry to donate through payroll deduction programs.
Not only is your gift tax deductible, but you may even be able to reduce your taxable income by contributing in this way.

Health First America’s CharitiesThe DRI Foundation is a member of Health First America’s Charities, a federation of charitable organizations focused on important health issues.
For nearly 25 years, America’s Charities has brought the best-known and most-loved charities to workplace giving. The Health First member organizations deliver services addressing the health needs across the nation and around the world.
Combined Federal Campaign
Federal government employees can contribute through the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC). The DRIF, #11149, can be located in your campaign guide under the Health First America’s Charities heading, or by checking the index in the back of your campaign guide.
The DRIF can also be found in some state and local government campaigns under Health First America’s Charities. Be sure to choose #11149 for the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation!
Private Sector Campaigns
If you work in private industry, your company may include Health First America’s Charities among the choices in your annual workplace campaign. If your company participates in the United Way campaign only, you can support the DRI by writing “Diabetes Research Institute Foundation” in the space provided for your donor option.
You may need to request a special form from your United Way campaign coordinator to write in your option.
Please check off the section that asks if you want acknowledgement for your gift. That way, the DRIF will know you made a contribution, and we will be able to thank you for your generosity.
