Come out to McFadden's Restaurant and Saloon at Citi Field on game days to enter the McFadden's Sports Fan of the Month raffle.
All season long, restaurant patrons will have the opportunity to make a donation to the Ron Darling Foundation, which supports the Diabetes Research Institute.
Every donation of $5 or more will be entered into the drawing.
Each month one generous donor will receive:
>> 4 of Ron's personal tickets to a game
>> Access to batting practice
>> A booth visit with Ron
It's simply a "thank you" from Ron for your support.
Ron is a former professional baseball player and currently a color commentator. After his eldest son was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes, he dedicated himself to the search for a cure.
Ron joined the National Board of the Diabetes Research Institute Foundation and continuously finds ways to support our cure-focused work.
