About the event:
“Prepare to be wowed; excellent” is what The Miami Herald is saying about the recently renovated restaurant, The Forge, where this year’s Pleasures of the Palate is taking place. Chef Dewey LoSasso, named “Best Chef 2010” by the Miami New Times, will prepare a mouthwatering four-course dinner to be perfectly paired with great wines.
The evening’s popular silent and live auctions will feature exciting travel packages, plus rare wines donated from the cellars of South Florida’s most esteemed collectors, among others.
