Cure Research: Multimillion-Dollar Grant Funds Collaboration

The Helmsley Charitable Trust has awarded a $3.3 million grant, to be shared by researchers at the Diabetes Research Institute/University of Miami and the University of Florida, among other institutions worldwide, as part of a collaborative global effort to help discover the causes of type 1 diabetes (T1D) and find a cure.
