Keep Healthy Low Glycemic Bars

Organic Low Glycemic Bars

These Low Glycemic Bars were created by Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Yoga/Bootcamp Instructor Lauren Bongiorno.

Lauren has been living with type 1 diabetes since she was 7 years old. Knowing that the Diabetes Research Institute is completely focused on a cure, Lauren's family got involved soon after her diagnosis. In fact, Lauren was the Foundation's very first Diabetes Diplomat, and she's always searching for new ways to support the DRI's work through fundraising.

Combining her passion for healthy living with her desire to support cure-focused research, Lauren decided to create a bar that not only tasted great, but fueled her body with all natural, plant-based ingredients. This way, her blood sugar levels would stay stable, her body energized, and her cravings satisfied.

These delicisou bars are great for ANYONE - busy lifestyles, weight management, before or after a workout (12 grams of plant based protein!), guilt-free desserts or with your coffee in the mornig.

It's sugar conscious and diabetic preferred without sacrificing good taste!

Plus Keep Healthy will donate 2% of sales with a minimum donation of $10,000 in 20016/2017 to the Diabetes Research Institute.
